Lovely hotel, amazing room with separate toilet and bathroom, lovely big bath and walk in shower, massive bed. About a 10 minute walk to the tram stop which then takes you straight to the centre in about 15 minutes so really handy. Staff were all friendly, unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance which was a little disappointing as we would have loved to have used it. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Amsterdam in the future.

Nice hotel . Quiant lobby . Artsy Concept . Offers delightful daily buffet breakfast. Very professional staff from the restaurant personnel, front desk and housekeeping. BUT the location felt way off , particularly for tourists like me , who is not familiar with using public transport. Rare times I see a taxi cab plying that route. Bad for me, I don’t know how to use Grab or Uber. Tourist spots are way off . Far from Dam Square or the famous canals . Once you arrive at the hotel around 8 pm you have nothing else to do unlike in the city center when there’s lots of activities curfews are way off . It was Kings Day festivities and the hotel and its nearby vicinity are quiet. Should have scheduled something festive or at least noisy to feel the ambiance. By the way convenience stores or at least a mini supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk . How convenient. Also the bathroom set up disregards privacy with its clear ( not frosted door set up). Good if you’re a couple or family . But what if it’s not , making it feel awkward.

Attended Amsterdam for a work convention. Booked the Westcord Fashion Hotel due to price for larger rooms and we wanted a hotel with an elevator. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The check in staff were efficient. The Junior Suite we had was immaculately clean and very spacious for Europe and the bed was comfortable. We opted out of housekeeping for a daily room credit but were assured that additional milk and towels etc could be obtained anytime. Food at the hotel was good standard. Breakfast range was brilliant and quality was excellent. All hotel staff we encountered were pleasant. The hotel isn’t in the centre of Amsterdam and in hindsight that was a good move as it was quiet at night and didn’t have the issues with noise and boorish drunken street behaviour at night. It was approximately 20 euro for an Uber into the city centre and around an hours walk (approx 5km) from the city back to the hotel - it’s easy as it’s flat. In all a good stay and I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam.

Situated outside the centre but well placed for trams to the centre and only a short walk to the nearest station. Our room was very comfortable with a decent sized bathroom and it had all the necessary facilities. Service at the hotel and bar was generally good as was the food served, but the hotel can be busy with tour groups and on occasion breakfast was disorganised.
